Peer Support Training
We currently offer a free Peer Support online course, which you can complete at your own pace.
This is a course designed to prepare people with lived experience of mental health problems to be employed in peer support roles and support others in their recovery. It will not only provide them with the knowledge, skills and experience required to be in a peer support role but will also contribute to the creation of a recognised employment and career pathway.
It can also be useful for anyone living with mental health conditions, or interested in peer support, as the course is reflective and across 93 lessons the course covers topics such as trauma, resilience, positive risk taking, boundaries, self-help, self-care and more.
You can complete optional assessments to earn a certificate, or use the course for information only. This course is completely free, and no registration is needed. Visit the course page to begin the course.
Introduction to Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) eLearning
Our comprehensive online Introduction to Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) course has been designed to equip you with basic DBT skills and knowledge that you can use to support your ongoing treatment, use while you wait for treatment or for use in your recovery journey.
This is an online course, taken at your own pace, and will explain what DBT is, how it can be used with borderline personality disorder patients, and some of the other disorders and traumas it can treat.
We also cover the four skill modules of DBT – mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation and distress tolerance.
The course contains over 100 lessons across 18 modules and contains videos, quizzes, handouts and worksheets, assessments and more.

Our comprehensive online Managing Stress and Building Resilience course has been designed to equip you with the knowledge that you need to manage stress in your everyday life, and help build resilience against future stresses.
This is an online course, taken at your own pace, and will explain what stress is and how it manifests, and how it affects your physical and mental wellbeing. It also covers stress in the workplace, as stress felt in the workplace can display elsewhere in our lives. We will also look at emotional intelligence and building resilience. Finally, we cover more than 50 tools, techniques and strategies to help you manage stress in your everyday life.
The course contains over 50 lessons across 10 modules and contains quizzes, handouts and worksheets, assessments and more.
