A devoted brother who suffered with post-traumatic stress disorder after his sibling died of cancer is lacing up his running shoes in a bid to help others with their mental health.

Thomas Dunning, 30, from Waddington, was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, social anxiety disorder and PTSD at the age of 23, which stems back to losing his brother Will to cancer in 2009 and being bullied in school.

After focusing on his studies as a coping mechanism at the age of 18, Mr Dunning began to really struggle with his mental health.
