Cardiff Mind offers a range of community based residential and day services for adults who are resident in Cardiff and experiencing mental health difficulties. Single point of entry for all services but self referrals to day services are possible. Some services are delivered outside office hours.
Please call 999 if you feel you, or someone you know, are in immediate danger. If you need help but are not in danger, you can call 111 to speak to a nurse, call your GP or speak to your mental health professional.
With everything going in the world right now, it's important to remember that your feelings are valid.
Be kind to yourself, and it's ok to disconnect from the news and social media for a while if you need to.
