If you or someone you know needs help, you can telephone Lifeline free at any time. Lifeline is a crisis response helpline available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to people in Northern Ireland. Counsellors answer all telephone calls. They listen, help and support you in confidence. They don’t judge you. They can deal with different concerns including:
- self-harm
- depression
- anxiety
- suicide
- trauma
- sexual violence and abuse
Lifeline can arrange an appointment for face-to-face counselling or other therapies in your area within seven days. They can put you in touch with follow-up services so you get the best possible response.
