The Personality Disorder Hub is a trust-wide service providing assessment, treatment and care co-ordination for individuals over the age of 18 who have a personality disorder and present with significant risk of self-harm or suicide. They also provide scaffolding to staff in other teams who are working with people with personality difficulties.
