Think Wellbeing St Helens have a dedicated team of psychological wellbeing practitioners, cognitive behavioural therapists and counsellors who offer a range of support to help you make positive changes to reduce stress and anxiety and improve your wellbeing.

Interventions we may offer include:

We aim to support you with practical techniques to help you improve and manage your depression or anxiety symptoms. The service is for anyone over the age of 16 who is registered with a St Helens GP. They help people experiencing common mental health problems like mild to moderate depression, anxiety and stress. We can also help with other problems like panic attacks, phobias and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Minds Matter

Mindsmatter offer access to a range of brief therapeutic interventions, including courses & workshops, online programmes and face to face therapy, across our localities to support people’s differing emotional needs.

The Mindsmatter team is made up of Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapists (CBT), Counsellors, and our supportive admin staff. Please see our FAQ section for further information.

They aim to provide people who experience difficulties such as stress, anxiety and depression with access to our service. They aim to empower people to make informed choices and changes to improve well-being and live fulfilled lives by offering a range of talking therapies and self help to meet your needs.
