Talking Therapies Surrey

Talking Therapies Surrey is a free NHS service offering short-term psychological therapies (IAPT) for a range of common mental health problems, such as:

  • Feeling low and hopeless (including during or after pregnancy)
  • Feeling stressed or worried all the time
  • Trouble sleeping
  • Difficulty recovering from coronavirus (long-covid)

The service is for anyone aged 17+ who is experiencing anxiety or depression and is registered with a GP Practice in Surrey. There is no upper age limit.

If you’re struggling with depression, stress, insomnia or an anxiety disorder, they can support you through flexible online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and counselling programmes.
