Staffordshire Mental Health Helpline is a confidential emotional support helpline run by Brighter Futures, offering a safe place to talk if you’re feeling worried, stressed or low, or if you’re concerned about someone else.
Please call 999 if you feel you, or someone you know, are in immediate danger. If you need help but are not in danger, you can call 111 to speak to a nurse, call your GP or speak to your mental health professional.
With everything going in the world right now, it's important to remember that your feelings are valid.
Be kind to yourself, and it's ok to disconnect from the news and social media for a while if you need to.
