Lifeline is a free, confidential, and anonymous mental health helpline available from 11am to 11pm every day in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Trained volunteers provide listening support and information to individuals experiencing mental distress or supporting someone in distress. Callers can talk about struggles with day-to-day life, anxiety, depression, bereavement, suicidal thoughts, or self-harm. The service respects confidentiality and anonymity, providing callers with support and options without giving advice. Lifeline is a member of the Helplines Partnership and a partner of the STOP Suicide campaign.
