Manchester Psychological Wellbeing Service

Introducing a service that offers one-to-one support and structured courses for individuals dealing with common mental health issues like anxiety and depression. Available to anyone aged 18 and above registered with a GP in Manchester, this service focuses on addressing immediate concerns and promoting positive changes in well-being through active participation between sessions.

Upon referral, the service will contact individuals via email (if provided) to promote environmentally friendly communication. For those unable to receive emails, correspondence will be sent by post.

Please note: This service may not be suitable for individuals at immediate or imminent risk to themselves or others. Refer to crisis support options for urgent assistance.

Opening times: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Access: Individuals can self-refer or request a referral from their GP to access the service.
