Springbank Ward is a 12-bed in-patient recovery unit for women diagnosed with borderline personality disorder (BPD), providing 24-hour support with a focus on recovery. The ward offers skills training such as mindfulness and evidence-based therapies like Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) to help improve resilience and quality of life.
