Running for Wellbeing, Norwich, Norfolk and Waveney

Join fellow beginners of all ages as our friendly, and experienced run leaders from Up The Tempo Running, and the Wellbeing Service take you through the early sessions involving more walking than running to your very first 5k run.

Our sessions are designed to introduce running gradually and include a warm up walk and post-run stretches. The idea is to avoid people getting injured, or losing confidence and giving up. You’ll find them sociable, fun and completely unintimidating!
