Event Sponsorships
Conference Sponsor – 1 sponsor – £1500
Our conference sponsorship includes attendance to the event, and branding across all platforms recognising your company as the 2024 conference sponsor. This package also includes:
- Up to a 10-minute speaker slot each day of the conference (can be live or pre-recorded)
- Organisation logo to be on all holding slides before and after sessions
- Recognition as the conference sponsor 2024 with organisational logo and company details on our website for 12 months
- Unlimited free spaces for representatives from your organisation
- Recognition by the Chief Executive at our AGM, attended by services users, volunteers and healthcare professionals
Award Ceremony Sponsor – 1 Sponsor – £1000
Sponsoring the awards gives you a unique opportunity to align your business with the outstanding work carried out by our volunteers and service users, as well as those working in mental health and social care. This sponsorship package also includes:
- the opportunity to present one of the awards
- branding and promotion at the awards ceremony
- recognition as a sponsor with your organisation name and logo on all promotional material related to the awards

Music Sponsor – 1 Sponsor – £350
We have one opportunity for a music sponsor to provide all of the music for the conference, including:
- holding music for before, between and after sessions
- recognition as the music sponsor in our brochure, website and all marketing materials
- free spaces for three representatives from your organisation
- your music on several promotional videos before and after the conference
Video Sponsor – 5 sponsors – £100
- We have a limited number of film slots where your video could be shown before or after sessions
- Videos can be a maximum of 3 minutes long
- 2 free tickers for representatives from your organisation
