Bipolar UK Cambridge offers free support groups for individuals affected by bipolar disorder, including family, friends, and those seeking information about bipolar and related conditions. The meetings are open to anyone over 18 years old, with minors aged 16-17 requiring a parent or guardian. Facilitated by volunteers with personal experience of bipolar disorder, the meetings include introductions, mood scale discussions, and occasional guest speakers. Meetings take place on the 4th Monday of each month from 7:30pm to 9:00pm at the Horizon Resource Centre, Coldhams Lane, Cambridge, CB1 3HY, with disabled access available.
