NHS – Personality Disorder Community Service and the Relational, Emotional Difficulties Service (REDS)

The Personality Disorder Community Service (PDCS) and the Relational, Emotional Difficulties Service (REDS) offer online-based support for managing emotional dysregulation and improving relationships, with the option for in-person sessions as needed. PDCS focuses on severe personality disorders, offering a comprehensive treatment program including psycho-education workshops and group therapy. REDS provides a choice between a peer support group program and a DBT skills group, suitable for various emotional difficulties. Both services offer self-help resources and support for families and carers. Referrals are made through GPs or medical professionals. Limited free parking is available at Chesterton Medical Centre, and support for patients with disabilities is available upon request.
