Tide – Together in Dementia Everyday

Tide (Together in Dementia Everyday) operates as a nationwide involvement network catering to caregivers and former caregivers of individuals living with dementia. The organisation connects, mobilises, and empowers these caregivers, helping them recognise their inherent value. Often, caregivers feel unheard, and their own needs remain unnoticed. Through the Carers Development Programme, Tide focuses on enhancing skills, knowledge, and confidence, empowering caregivers to articulate their concerns and drive societal change.

Participating caregivers can engage in various workshop sessions such as 'You Can't Pour from an Empty Cup,' 'Living Grief & Bereavement,' and 'Getting Your Point Across.' Additionally, they have opportunities to join virtual meet-ups, contribute to influencing research, policy, and services, and become a part of numerous peer support and working groups.
