Our BPD Friends social group will meet on the last Monday of each month (except March when the group meets on the last Tuesday).
This is an online gathering (held on Teams), each with a themed activity, that enables people with BPD to socialise with each other in a safe, supportive space with no social pressures. Activities we will do include:

- BPD Bingo
- TV Game Shows
- Murder Mystery
- Virtual Scavenger Hunt
- Online Escape Room
- Arts & Crafts
- Virtual Dinner Party
- Virtual Ball
- Casino Night
- and much more!
We charge a small fee of £3 per person, to cover the costs involved of providing entertainment and activities.
